Lopen Luksus is a unique rental cabin and a real treat, the likes of which you will hardly find another similar. Its rough and rough atmosphere is complemented by the beautiful lake scenery of Kaartjärvi, which is perfect for meetings and vacations. Lopen Luksus' long table can accommodate even a larger group, and two saunas are available for serious sauna enthusiasts! In the grounds of Lopen Luksus, you can find everything you need for the taste of even the most demanding group, from a shed to a landscaped sauna and from a sauna to a jacuzzi. When you are looking for space for a successful team day or a relaxing holiday adventure, Lopen Luksus is your choice! Lopen Luksus rental cabin and meeting place is a multifunctional and meeting villa with around 20 beds completed by Christmas 2023 in the Lopen Rauha area on the shore of Lake Kaartjärvi, only 99 km from Helsinki. About 180 m2 Lopen Luksus and its 70 m2 dining room/meeting room have space for 30 people. There are 25 people at the two long tables and 10 people at the landscape bar counter. In addition, the sofa group in the main hall fits around 10 people. The long table in the main hall can also be arranged into two smaller groups, and in this case the hall can be used for meetings, group work, meetings of business groups or remote work. Lopen Luxus has a free Wi-Fi connection, two large flat-screen TVs, as well as a screen and a data cannon to serve especially meeting customers. Lopen Luksus' seven bedrooms and the extra beds in the main hall offer beds for about 25 people. Each bedroom has 2-4 beds. There are as many blankets and pillows as there are beds. The main hall has an open kitchen and its equipment includes crockery for 35 people, an electric stove and oven, a large fridge and a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster, a kettle and a toaster. The saunas of the villa's electric sauna can accommodate up to ten sauna users at a time. From the sauna section there is access to the terrace, next to which there is a separate wood-heated landscape sauna for a maximum of about 10 people. The villa's sauna section has a dressing room, two showers and a toilet. In the landscape sauna, the water is heated in a wood stove. On the terrace of the sauna section, there is a ready-to-use outdoor jacuzzi for five people and two wood-heated baths for six people. Stairs lead from both saunas to the shore of Lake Kaartjärvi, where you can swim from the pier or directly from the shore. The beach has a sandy bottom and is moderately suitable also for children. The villa's over 50 m2 partially covered terrace surrounds the building from two directions. Between the landscape sauna and the villa, there is a rustic log cabin, which also serves as a covered campfire place. During the summer, our guests can rent two rowing boats. There are also versatile outdoor trails near Lopen Luksus. The basic price of Lopen Luxus includes the use of the villa and the indoor sauna. As additional services, it is possible to order the use of an electric car charging station, a separate landscape sauna, a covered fire place/shelter, the use of hot tubs and a jacuzzi, final cleaning, bed linen or pink, and towels.
