Himos Huvilla, completed in 2013, is for rent, which is a well-equipped and atmospheric 6 + 2 person cabin. The Himos villa has a floor area of approx. 88m2 and the cabin has three separate bedrooms on two floors + a small sleeping area, two toilets, a kitchen and a living room, a shower, a sauna, a terrace with a jacuzzi (the jacuzzi is 160e included in the cleaning fee) and outdoor storage for e.g. skis. The cottage is in a quiet area next to the forest, a short walk from Himos Areena, the beach and the new golf course. To the western slopes approx. 1 km. Status: The jacuzzi can be rented for 160e/booking time and the jacuzzi rental is included in the cleaning price for reservations made after 3/28/19 (€160+€79). The ground floor of the holiday apartment has a living room, kitchen, laundry facilities, a dark sauna, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both of which have a double bed and the second has a bunk bed with mattresses for two people. There is also a private toilet upstairs. A cleaning fee of 79 euros is added to the booking price, but if you want to clean yourself, this can be changed to a check-up visit of 36 euros. The cabin has blankets and pillows, but no bed linen (sheets and towels). Linens can be ordered separately, in which case they will be delivered ready to the cottage, or you can take them with you from the reception, €15/set. For each reservation, a starter package of toilet and paper towels as well as dish and general detergents is delivered to the cottage. If you need more of these during your vacation, you must purchase the supplies yourself. Cabin equipment: internet (WLAN), spare fireplace, washing machine, drying cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, floor heating downstairs , dinnerware and basic kitchen utensils. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be booked. Ask for different options! The cottage has blankets and pillows, but no sheets or towels.
