For rent, brand new in 2015, atmospherically decorated kelovilla on the beach of Päijänne in Toivaka. At the cottage, a shallow natural sand beach in a sheltered bay, pier, barbecue canopy with gas grill + Lapland grill, large terrace with barbecue, wood-heated beach sauna (electrically heated sauna at the cottage), water from a borehole. Large living room, kitchen, bedroom, sauna, shower and toilet. Upstairs, bedroom + loft. Beds for eight. In the yard, there is a swing and a sand field for games. Status Hot tub €150/booking and cleaning €150 (not mandatory!). From June to mid-August normally with weekly rental (see weeks below), at other times weekends only from Friday to Sunday and Minimum booking period 2 days. The cottage has all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, slate fireplace, TV, blue-ray player, stereo. Floor heating in the cabin and washrooms. A steep staircase leads to the loft. The loft has one bedroom with 4 separate beds, and an open loft part with 2 separate beds. 2 beds in the downstairs bedroom. The cabin has blankets and pillows, but no bed linen (sheets and towels). Not all connections work properly inside the cabin (e.g. DNA is weak), and not all TV channels always work.
