A red-timbered holiday house located in Orivedi on the shore of Lake Pitkävesi on a large plot where the sun shines from morning to night. Two spacious terraces, one on the side of the morning sun, which opens to the east, and the other on the so-called sauna terrace to the west. Both have a view of the lake. The thermal insulation is equivalent to a detached house. Ecological solutions used in the construction, e.g. in thermal insulation, both in interior and exterior materials. Completed in 2020, a large terrace with a view of the lake and a spacious bathtub (9-12 people) sunk into it, which is also suitable as a children's swimming/wading pool in the summer. As equipment, e.g. fireplace-baking oven, electric stove, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators and a freezer, microwave, washing machine and drying cabinet. In the kitchenette, a toaster, electric mixer, coffee maker, kettle and complete crockery for 12 people. In the covered space, there is a gas grill and a wall-mounted flat pan. Bricked charcoal grill outside, open fire place on the beach. Outdoor covered kennel for small dogs during the summer. Dogs are not allowed indoors. The site is located in an area with valuable landscape areas. A fishy lake, for which permits are ready. On the property, if necessary, there is a fast-paced own sledding hill, the possibility of cross-country skiing. 40 km to the HIMOKEN skiing center. In summer, 8 km to the Talviainen dance stage. Rönni stage approx. 30 km. In summer, 4 extra beds in the beach sauna. Entry times: For weekly rentals 10:00 a.m. Weekdays 2:00 p.m., exceptions can be arranged. The basic prices are shown in the price list. High season from the beginning of June to the end of August with different pricing and agreed on a case-by-case basis. The weeks of July, however, are all a.880e per week.
