Welcome to Metsäkämppa Eräikkuna, a wonderful and unique forest resort located in a beautiful forest landscape by a pond. This special place serves from April to October, offering an eco-conscious and low-carbon holiday in the lap of nature. Modern and Ecological Forest Cabin Metsäkämppa Eräikkuna consists of two buildings: a new forest cabin from the 2020s and an old forest cabin renovated in 2019 and a forest sauna. In this destination, your carbon footprint is smaller than in everyday life, and you can find more information in our cottage cover. The new room offers: A bright living/dining area with large windows and a view of the pond. Sleeping area with sturdy, wide bunk beds (140 x 200cm and 120 x 220cm). A kitchen with dishes for six and a solar-powered fridge-freezer and coffee maker. Heating with a baking oven and a stove. In the old cabin: Upstairs loft with two mattresses, downstairs sofa bed and wardrobe. Glass terrace with fireplace and outdoor terrace with gas grill and cooking hob. Outdoor summer counter space and places to eat on the beach terrace and in the shade. Relaxing Sauna and Jetty The sauna building is located on the other side of the pond, which can be reached via a bridge. High-quality well water for drinking, household and sauna water. Composting wood. What to Bring? We recommend packing bed linen, towels, tablecloths and sauna accessories. Also remember the flashlights for the dark time.
