Villa Lande is a peaceful and well equipped villa at the calm lake of Salmijarvi next to the Nuuksio lake and nature park. Terrain is versatile and beautiful on the property and outside it. Fair chances to swim, hike, fish, pick berries and mushrooms, not to forget the proximity of Helsinki and its plentiful of activities for shopping and pleasure in about 40 minutes away by car. Villa Lande has 2 floors. Bedrooms are mostly upstairs while other activities take place downstairs. Southern terrace and a covered outdoor room towards the lake offer you great summertime pleasure together with the beach. You have a rowing boat and a private beach at your disposal. For small kids there are some toys. Nuuksio nature park starts straight on the opposite shore of the lake. Salmi recreational outdoor park offers numerous hiking/ski trails good 1km further. The shop nearby is open daily from morning until evening. Given prices are for a group of max 4 guests. Landlord reserves a right to increase the price in case of more than 4 guests.
